Sid Lucero and 'Dahil May Isang Ikaw' are Philippines' Nominees in 2010 International Emmy Awards!

After Ms. Angel Locsin and "Magdusa Ka" last year, two nominees now from the prestige International Emmy Awards from the Philippines come from ABS-CBN. This time, an actor and a Primetime teleserye were chosen.

Sid Lucero playing the character of Red, a semi-antagonist in the hit TV series of Kristine Hermosa and Jericho Rosales "Dahil May Isang Ikaw" is nominated for 'Best Performance of an Actor' in this year's Emmy International Award.

On the same time, his teleserye where he got his nomination, "Dahil May Isang Ikaw" is also a nominee for the Telenovela category.

Below are the portions of the 2010 Emmy International Awards Nominees taken from the official website of Emmy:

For Best Performance of An Actor

For Telenovela

Well, it seems that this year is a good year for the hunk actor son of Mark Gil. After receiving awards from the other award-giving bodies, Sid also stars in the Indie film "Muli" with Cogie Domingo. Not to mention that he is now very visible on TV. He is currently playing the other love interest of Shaina Magdayao in the afternoon drama series "Alyna"!

And his TV series "Dahil May Isang Ikaw" once more proves that it really remarked impacts to the viewers not only here in our country but worldwide since it was recognized by the International award giving body!

Last year, it was Ms. Angel Locsin who gave pride to our country as she was nominated for Best Performance of an Actress for her fantasy series with Piolo Pascual called "Lobo"! And GMA-7's dramarama offering of Sinenovela called "Magdusa Ka" which topbilled by Dennis Trillo and Katrina Halili was nominated for Telenovela category! Now two nominations came from the Kapamilya network.

Hope that Mr. Sid Lucero and "Dahil May Isang Ikaw" could bring home the bacon! If not, we still proud of you since our home made teleserye and actor were recognized worldwide! Right now, you were already the winners! Goodluck! C",)
