Rising Kapamilya teen star Julia Barretto is all set make all of her dreams come true as ABS-CBN officially announces that she will topbill the TV remake of Dominador Ad Castillo’s novel “Cofradia.”
Before being introduced as a member of Star Magic Circle 2013, Julia has already caught the attention of TV viewers not only because she comes from a showbiz family but because of her portrayals in drama series such as “Kokey,” “Palos,” and “Walang Kapalit.”
For her biggest break in showbiz, Julia will play the role of Cofradia which was first portrayed by veteran actress Gloria Romero in 1953, and Gina Alajar in 1973.
“Cofradia” features the story of a girl who is afraid to fall in love because of her dark complexion, but will eventually transform into a beautiful young lady through the help of a magic candle.
