Paulo Avelino posed almost nude but very artistic in the movie poster of their Cinemalaya movie entry, "Debosyon!"

In the movie poster, Paulo wears nothing exposing his sexy hot body! His private part was covered by a big snake! But take note, he is depicting a saint's statue in the movie poster!
