Right after the awards nights of the 44TH Box Office Entertainment Awards by the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation, it seems that the real life lovers like Angel Locsin and Phil Younghusband, Jennelyn Mercado and Luis Manzano,  and Marian Rivera and Dingdong compete for the Instagram love message.  

Yes, that is because, the pairs posted love messages together with their sweet photos on their respective accounts congratulating their partners.     

When his girlfriend Angel Locsin won as Female Actress of the Year, Phil posted the following Instagram message together with their photos during the awards night:

Angel Locsin Comes in Green Sexy Backless Gown in the 2013 Guillermo Mendoza Awards Night!

Hailed as this year’s Film Actress of the Year for their movie “One More Try, multi-awarded young actress Ms. Angel Locsin attended the awards night of the recently concluded 44th Box-Office Entertainment Awards by the Guillermo Mendoza Scholarship Foundation to receive her acting trophy.
 
The actress was escorted by her real-life boyfriend Phil Younghusband who walked with her in the red carpet.
Once more, Angel surprised the audience with her very beautiful and sexy gown designed by the famous designer Rajo Laurel. Dressed in green sexy backless gown, Angel’s true beauty emerged that night!

Lovi Poe is GMA News TV’s ‘Titser!’

Following the critical and ratings success of its original series on good governance - BAYAN KO - GMA News TV launches a groundbreaking new series entitled TITSER, which discusses issues in Philippine education.

TITSER will be the first television project of character actress Lovi Poe upon signing a new, three year exclusive contract with GMA. She plays the lead Michelle in the series – a high school valedictorian from a poor barrio school who dreams of becoming a teacher, but whose only option after graduation is to work as a housemaid. Her best friend Rosa is the class salutatorian who ends up a single mother. Fate, tragedy and the sheer dedication of Michelle and Rosa to finish their schooling lead to unexpected twists in this compelling series.

TITSER tells the stories of these girls as it tackles problems in education: lack of books and chairs and classrooms, corruption in the procurement process, the high dropout rate and the fact that majority of the Philippine population has only reached a high school level - or less - of education.

TITSER is written by Bayan Ko creator Nessa Valdellon and directed by Dr. Alvin Yapan, who also heads the Filipino Department at the Ateneo de Manila University. The series was inspired by Sandra Aguinaldo’s I-Witness documentary Iskul Ko No. 1 – about an award-winning elementary schoolteacher who put herself through college by working as a househelper.
GMA News TV is producing this series in the hope that viewers start to take a more serious look at our education problems and perhaps begin sending more impoverished children all the way through college.

‘Little Champ’ All Sets for an Ultimate Finale This Friday!

ABS-CBN’s hit fantasy series ‘Little Champ’ wins viewers' hearts as it has remained a top-rater from its initial episodes until now that the program is on its finale week. It has consistently landed on the the list of daily top 15 programs based on Kantar Media data. 

Further proof is the warm response of the public, especially children, at the successful "Little Champ" mall shows in Pampanga, Taguig and Bacoor.
