"My Husband's Lover" is one of the breakthrough in Philippine television. This is the very first time that a Pinoy teleserye tackles a sensitive issue which is actually happening in a real-life situation. And because of that, the series from GMA network eventually dominate the Primetime. As it ended last month, viewers truly missed the series.
Although MHL already concluded, it's not yet the end for TomDen, the hit love team of Tom Rodriguez and Dennis Trillo who popularized the characters of Vincent Soriano and Eric Del Mundo on Primetime. After the two hunk actors shared their acting stint in TV, now it's time to conquer the music scene!
GMA Records finally released the album of Dennis and Tom called TomDen. The album contains 8 songs sung by Dennis and Tom showcasing their singing talent. It has both original and revival tracks from the classic OPM hit love songs.
Tom and Dennis shared equal tracks on the album. Three songs were sung by Dennis while the other three from Tom. Then of course the remaining two songs namely "One More Try," the official theme song of MHL and "Forever," the hit song originally performed by Martin Nievera and Regine Velasquez were sang by the love team via duet.
Two of the songs were from Dennis and Tom's original composition. These are "Ikaw ang Sagot" sung by Tom and "Kailan Man" from Dennis.
Aside from that, Tom and Dennis give a new life to the classic OPM hits which we all grew up with. Dennis performed with his cool-ice voice the Joey Albert's "It's Over" and the Ric's original "Stay" which happened to be two of my top favorite hits! Tom on the other hand breath a new life to Ariel Rivera's "Photograph" and to Joey Albert's "Hey It's Me."

During the media launch of TomDen Album in Centerstage, Timog, Quezon City, Tom and Dennis shared how they can relate with the songs included in the album. For Tom, it was "Photograph" since it narrates his humble beginning in showbiz. For Dennis, it was "Stay" which has a romantic affiliation.
"Stay" and "One More Try" were two of the songs included in the album where the members of the media cracked questions for Dennis. The questions went: "Para sa'yo Dennis sino sa mga naka-relasyon mo ang gusto mong mag-Stay at magkaroon ng One More Try?" Dennis frankly and safely replied, "Wala!" 'It's Over na for all of them," he added.
Tom on the other hand talked about his family on state. He revealed that during their upcoming "My Husband's Lover" concert in L.A. USA, he wants his family to watch him singing and performing in front of the crowd. "First time kase nila akong makikita at maririnig na kumakanta. Nuon 'nung wala pa ako sa showbiz, hindi nila ako nakikitang kumakanta ng ganito. Minsan lang sa haus or sa CR," he shared.
Talking about Dennis and Tom's singing talent, Dennis already released his first solo album before under different recording company which includes his smash hit "All Out of Love." Tom on the other hand was a former member of the ABS-CBN's ASAP singing boy group "Boys Are Boys" which includes Markki Stroem, Guchi Lorenzana, Alex Castro, JM De Guzman, and Bryan Termulo.
