Before the end of 2010, there were many speculations that the 2010 Binibining Pilipinas Universe Ms. Venus Raj will either be a Kapatid or a Kapuso since Venus already received offers from these two stations.

They say that Venus will be one of Willie Revillame's co-host in "Wiling Willie". Some say that Venus already choosed GMA-7 and sooner she will star in its new TV program. But actually, none of these two networks was chosen by Venus!

Yup, Ms. Maria Venus Raj is now a Kapamilya talent!

ABS-CBN proudly announced last Friday that Venus is now a Kapamilya! Maria Venus Raj feels very proud to be part of the Kapamilya network. Before she signed a contract with ABS-CBN, she was special guest of some of the media giant’s special projects such as the 2010 Bayaning Pilipino Awards and the ABS-CBN Christmas Special, and a stint as a “hurado” in one of the network’s leading talent shows, "Showtime".

According to Venus, “I’m extremely honored to become part of the country’s biggest network. I’m proud to be a Kapamilya!”

Aside from Venus, the Bibinibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPIC), the organizer of the prestigious Binibining Pilipinas pageant is also now a Kapamilya! BPIC already signed a five-year partnership contract with the Kapamilya network! So on March 2011, the Binibining Pilipinas pageant will now be aired in Kapamilya network! Actually ABS-CBN is now on the process of choosing the candidates for the next Binibining Pilipinas!
